Corporate Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team in Townsville. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to develop and grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to staff and clients, including answering phone calls and managing mail and client data.
- Supporting office operations, including managing supply stocks and liaising with external suppliers and service providers.
- Providing general administrative support to team members and acting as a point of contact for office activities.
About the role
- You will have experience working in a Reception or Frontline position and be highly skilled in prioritising and coordinating tasks.
- You will be proactive and have a team-player based attitude focused on delivering quality services to clients.
- You will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft Suite and be able to use it to support office operations.
