Biodiversity Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biodiversity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality ecological assessments and impact statements.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ecologist with strong leadership skills to lead and mentor a team of ecologists. You will be responsible for providing technical oversight of ecological and biodiversity assessments, ensuring quality and compliance.

  • Lead and mentor a team of ecologists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Provide technical expertise on ecological and biodiversity assessments, including BDAR approvals and environmental impact statements
  • Deliver and manage projects from scoping and fieldwork to reporting, client liaison, and approvals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape the company's ecology offering and thought leadership
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and regulators to grow business opportunities
