  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and regulators to grow projects and teams.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate should have BAM accreditation.
  • Substantial experience in biodiversity, preferably within consulting settings with transport or energy markets.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing others.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver quality outcomes under time constraints.
  • Proficiency in biodiversity legislation, impact assessments, and approvals processes.
  • Established presence in NSW with clients and regulators.
