Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Activity Planner in the Community and Public Health Services Division.

About the Role

The Activity Planner will be responsible for developing activity plans for the Planned Activity group, working closely with clients and the team. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop activity plans that meet the needs of the Planned Activity group
  • Work closely with clients and the team to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to team discussions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
