We are seeking a highly skilled Room Attendant to join our team at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional room service and cleanliness in our hotel rooms.

Job Description:
  • Clean all areas of the guest rooms, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and creating memorable guest experiences, with comfort and luxury in every room.
  • Keep a well-stocked inventory of all amenities and housekeeping equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience cleaning guest rooms; including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors to a high standard.
  • Physical fitness, able to complete manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Team working skills, with flexible availability to support the team across the week.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Commitment to delivering a 5-star service to guests.
  • Efficient time management skills.
