Senior Acute Mental Health Services Coordinator

About the Role:
The individual responsible for this position will oversee acute mental health services in the Western region and lead a team to coordinate responses to emerging issues and risks. This includes monitoring and improving service delivery and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective relationships with stakeholders
- Commission and manage acute mental health services
- Lead the development of strategies to drive Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service transformation
- Supervise and provide leadership to employees
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Extensive experience in coaching, developing and managing teams
- Change management and providing positive leadership during periods of change
