Acute Mental Health Service Manager
">About the RoleThe role will involve leading a team to coordinate and manage acute mental health services in the West region. This includes monitoring and improving service delivery, developing effective relationships with stakeholders, and commissioning performance management of services.
This position requires strong leadership and people management skills, as well as an ability to influence others to maximise efficiency and effectiveness of the Victorian health workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategies to drive and monitor Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service transformation at a statewide level
- Lead the coordination of transformational reforms to acute services
- Commission and performancemanagement of acute mental health services
Requirements:
- Sound leadership and people management skills
- Ability to commission and performancemanage acute mental health services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
