We are seeking a part-time permanent sales professional to join our retail team in Robina. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and contribute towards our growth by achieving sales targets.

The Role:

As a member of a strong and supportive team, your role involves providing solutions to customers' needs, building rapport with our community, and engaging with members in-person, over the phone, and online. By showing empathy and understanding, you will create quality customer experiences and ensure every member leaves with peace of mind that their cover aligns with their health, lifestyle, and well-being goals.

Your Impact:

Through your work, you will contribute towards making health insurance simple and easy for our customers to understand. You will have the opportunity to continuously improve our store culture, promoting an empowered, result-driven, quality, and team-focused environment. Additionally, you will be involved in corporate sales events off-site and build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
