Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a part-time Customer Sales Consultant to join our team in a Robina store.
The role involves delivering better health to customers and Australia through provision of health services, health system advocacy, and community work. Our commitment is to ensure employee safety and security within retail stores.
The Role:
As a member of a strong and supportive team, your role includes reaching sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. By showing empathy and heart, you contribute towards the company's growth and deliver its purpose: Better Health for Better Lives.
You will be based in the retail store but also service customers face-to-face and via virtual channels (phone and webchat). Contact Centre experience or similar is advantageous.

Through building strong relationships, you create quality customer experiences, ensuring every member leaves with peace of mind that their cover aligns with their health, lifestyle, and well-being goals.
Your Everyday Work:
- Finding sales opportunities while building rapport with the community and providing solutions to customers' needs.
- Engaging and interacting with members in-person, over the phone, and online.
- Opportunity to make health insurance simple and easy for customers to understand.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of the store culture, promoting an empowered, result-driven, quality, and team-focused environment.
- Involvement in corporate sales events off-site and building strong relationships with external stakeholders.
