Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical professionals in assigned territories.
- Presentation of ophthalmic products to healthcare professionals, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and clinical benefits.
- Development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales objectives.
- Identification and capitalization of new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Provision of educational support and training to healthcare providers, ensuring optimal product understanding and utilization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and clinical advancements within the ophthalmology field.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align strategies and share market insights.
- Maintenance of compliance with relevant guidelines and internal policies.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience as a sales representative.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields highly regarded.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
