About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to oversee a $40M mixed-use commercial project based in Sydney.

This is a permanent, full-time role that offers a competitive salary package of $160-$200K per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions while managing variations and claims.
  • Collaborate with the project manager and stakeholders to track progress, meet milestones, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Monitor financial performance, controlling costs, processing payments, and mitigating potential risks.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, including progress reports, contractual records, and other necessary paperwork.
  • IDentify and proactively manage potential risks to the project timeline or budget.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have experience managing high-value projects (over $30M) and be able to oversee complex, multi-faceted construction projects.

You should possess adaptability, a practical approach, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Additionally, you will need to maintain high standards of performance culture and work under pressure.
