Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to provide clinical governance, leadership, and expertise within occupational therapy services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, timely, compassionate, and high-quality person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical governance and leadership within occupational therapy services
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice and treatment protocols
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentoring of staff and/or students
  • Travel to NSW Health business and service locations throughout NSW, including overnight stays in regional/remote areas
Requirements
  • Current Occupational Therapy registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Advanced clinical skills and experience in the provision of occupational therapy services within relevant clinical areas and settings
  • Experience in the identification of evidence-based practice and/or development of treatment protocols
  • Capacity and willingness to travel to NSW Health business and service locations throughout NSW
