Hazard Management Specialist

Brunel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hazard Management Specialist to support safety systems, procedures, and outcomes across multiple locations.
This role will be responsible for managing compliance with the company’s HSE management systems, overseeing hazardous materials, and contributing to HSE aspects of tenders and audits.
- Manage compliance with HSE management systems
- Oversee radiation, explosives, chemicals, and other hazards
- Contribute to HSE aspects of tenders and audits
- Participate in incident investigations and emergency response coordination
- Conduct regular field audits and facility inspections
- Enhance safety procedures and risk assessments
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and records
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field, incident investigation experience, Certificate IV in Work Health Safety, and strong experience operating in a similar HSE advisory role. Solid understanding of Australian HSE legislation is also required.
