As Senior Hazard and Critical Risk Management Specialist, you will be at the forefront of preventing serious harm and saving lives by guiding smarter risk-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured risk assessments to identify high-impact hazards and develop risk-aligned critical controls.

• Design and define risk-aligned critical controls that are practical effective and adaptable across varied and complex operational settings.

• Coach and support leaders in executing critical control verification - tailor activities by role and analyse outcomes to drive continuous safety improvement.

• Track and interpret hazard incident and risk data to detect trends early and guide proactive preventative interventions.

• Champion consistency and discipline in safety-critical tasks embedding strong operating standards and visible safety leadership across teams.

What You Need To Succeed

• A bachelor's degree or Diploma in Work Health and Safety Occupational Health and Safety Risk Management Health Science or a related discipline.

• Proven ability to drive safety outcomes and influence across complex multi-stakeholder environments.

• Valid WA Driver's License Class 'C' or 'C-A'
