About the Role

This role is for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team in Adelaide. You will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of commercial properties, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

You will have a strong focus on customer service, tenant satisfaction, and building relationships with stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure that all facilities operations are running smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for improving facility operations and services.
  • Oversee property budgets and manage operating expenditures.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors and consultants for various services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to facility operations.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management.
