**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and oversee our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising cleaning, hygiene, pest control, and grounds maintenance services.

**Responsibilities:

  • Facility Management: Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring they are safe and functional.
  • Cleaning and Hygiene: Supervise cleaning services, including routine cleaning, deep cleans, and specialized tasks such as carpet cleaning and window washing.
  • Pest Control: Manage pest control services to prevent infestations and maintain a clean environment.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Oversee lawn care, gardening, and other outdoor maintenance activities.
  • Safety Reviews: Conduct regular safety reviews to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
  • Maintenance Requests: Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and stakeholders, ensuring seamless facility operations.

**Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a government setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues and find creative solutions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with safety regulations and standards, including OH&S protocols.
