- Problem-Solving: Work with and involve cross-functional teams to provide Root Cause Analysis to identify solutions in problem areas.
- Best Practices: Consolidate information around the dataset leading to the establishment of best practices.
- Quality Checks: Perform automated/semi-automated quality checks to ensure production of high-quality content.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate and delegate work as per team requirements.
- Data Quality Improvement: Identify data quality improvement projects and good design practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or Business.
- Experience: 1 year of business operations experience and must be flexible in addressing dynamic business needs.
- Skills: Intermediate Excel, SQL skills, and Python knowledge including being able to write basic SQL queries and Python scripts.
- Language: Japanese language skills are desirable but not essential.
