About the Role

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Middle Office Associate to join our client's international Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for administering all aspects of the platform via online administration tools, ensuring accurate processing of Capital Markets and Funds Management transactions, and monitoring and reviewing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure all key deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing: Assist in administering all aspects of the platform via online administration tools, ensuring accurate processing of Capital Markets and Funds Management transactions.
  • SLA Monitoring: Monitor and review SLAs to ensure all key deliverables are met.
  • Deal Lifecycle Management: Understand and document the entire lifecycle of each deal from execution stage to repayment/rollover.
  • Cashflow Management: Perform regular payments, calculations, and checks on incoming and outgoing cashflows.
  • Deal Setup and Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of each deal set-up, including key investor details such as bank details, residency status, and TFN/ABN if applicable.
  • Operational Support: Be across all operational aspects of the business and ensure the business meets all operational requirements.
  • Reconciliation and Reporting: Help reconcile bank accounts, prepare regulatory filings, and help prepare trust accounts as required.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement and streamlining of processes, especially with regards to salesforce and platforms functionality.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with any operational queries they may have.
  • Capital Raiser Monitoring: Monitor capital raiser reports for timing and outcomes.
  • Capital Markets Liaison: Liaise with Capital Markets to monitor returns of capital by the capital raisers and execute payments Operations Team for principal disbursement.
  • Deal Settlement: Manage new deal settlements and help manage any refinancing roll transactions.
Desired Qualifications and Attributes
  • Financial Qualifications: This role would suit a financially qualified candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in an operations/middle office environment.
  • Technical Skills: Be tech savvy and comfortable with online business tools. The platform is custom developed, so you will need to learn from scratch.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Support team members to deliver and meet SLA's, volume levels, and client expectations.
  • Attention to Detail: Have a strong attention to detail and rigorous critical thinking capability.
  • Time Management: Have strong time management skills and be adaptable to emerging and shifting priorities.
  • Attitude and Teamwork: Have a great attitude and be a team player.
What We Offer

The role will pay between $90-110k base + super and bonus dependent on relevant experience.
