Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Field Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining high-quality drinking water appliances to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and repair a range of drinking water systems.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of water filtration systems.
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work completed.
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
- A maintenance & repair trade qualification.
- Previous experience in a field service position.
- Restricted Electrical or Plumbing Licence would be an advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A current open class C or CA drivers licence.
