Process Improvement Specialist

Are you skilled at analyzing data and optimizing processes? This role will give you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the policy life cycle of a leading insurer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between Onshore and Offshore Operations teams, overseeing the policy life cycle and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, providing support on policy and system inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Group, offering insights and recommendations on process enhancements.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business, technology, and support teams.
  • Lead and support Operations projects, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across teams.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in insurance, preferably Underwriting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced use of MS Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze and report on data.
  • Effective teamwork experience.
  • Resilience and ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • High level of attention to detail.
