Role Overview

Payroll Professional

The role is to manage the payroll cycle for a diverse workforce. The Payroll Specialist will contribute to the accurate and efficient processing of payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities within the organisation.
  • Process salaries, wages, superannuation, and other deductions in compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Utilise expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to manage payroll processes and maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team and stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems.
  • Report directly to a supportive leader within a flat team hierarchy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing payroll cycles, ideally in organisations with complex Enterprise Agreements.
  • Expertise and hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, taxation, and superannuation regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
