Project Manager Job

This is a key leadership role within our Defence and Security Division, responsible for leading major multidisciplinary design projects supporting new build infrastructure in Adelaide.

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex project scopes on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards in a heavily regulated environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing Defence and Nuclear projects, with a strong understanding of nuclear safety cases and/or heavily regulated industries. A tertiary qualification relevant to project management or engineering disciplines, along with experience in civil or naval nuclear programs, radiopharmaceuticals, oil and gas, or Rail, is essential. Chartered Engineer or Project Manager certification is preferred but not essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for fostering collaboration across internal project teams and delivery partners, proactively managing issues, driving decision making, and leading resolution pathways. You will also play a leading role in developing the growth of nuclear sovereign skills in Australia, working closely with other members of our Global nuclear practice.
