About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned growth expert to spearhead our B2B expansion efforts. This dynamic role demands a strategic thinker who can forge and nurture long-term relationships with external partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.

  • You'll be responsible for designing and scaling innovative programs that bridge game studios with players in new ways. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to test, launch, and refine initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes for our partners.
You'll Be Empowered To
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to accelerate expansion across existing products (KOLs, Twitch, Kick) and new markets (e.g., YouTube, TikTok)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, test, and launch novel growth solutions
  • Manage programs end-to-end, from conceptualization through execution and measurement
We'd Love You To Bring
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in high-growth environments where you've honed your skills quickly
  • Experience building relationship-driven programs such as creator, community, or partnership initiatives
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to deliver scalable programs
  • An innovative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and experiment with new approaches
