Strategic Finance Lead Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking finance team and drive key strategic initiatives across the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level financial support to senior leaders, driving business growth through informed decision making, and developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical mindset, excellent financial modeling skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain three-statement financial models to inform business decisions
  • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to support senior leadership
  • Drive key strategic initiatives across the business, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the business's operational levers and make recommendations to drive growth

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a top-tier investment bank, VC, strategic finance, commercial finance, or FP&A team
  • Strong analytical skills and expert financial modeling capabilities
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Foundational knowledge of accounting principles
