The perfect opportunity has arisen for an experienced Freight Forwarding Solutions Expert to join our teamKey Responsibilities:Manage shipping documentation formalities
Ensure customer details are up-to-date
Order follow-up and maintenance of Order reports for customers
Proper and timely billing/closing of all job files, issuance of credit notes and internal expense reports at the end of each month
Handle customer rate & shipment queries
Quote customers at profitable levels
Develop new business from existing clients at a profitable levelRequirements:Minimum three years of experience in freight forwarding
Proficient knowledge of all facets of freight forwarding
Strong sea freight experience
Ability to communicate with all levels and various cultural backgrounds
Ability to think laterally and find quick & practical solutions to problems
