Asset Coordinator Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced asset coordinator to join our team. The role involves coordinating the administration of assets, ensuring seamless operations and maximizing profitability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage asset breakdown calls from drivers
  • Maintain supplier and repairer networks, monitoring performance and measuring against similar suppliers to show best value
  • Manage accident claim process
  • Manage fuel card and Etag ordering process
  • Assist with new asset delivery process
  • Process registration renewals and infringement notices in a timely manner
  • Assist Asset Finance Administrator with regular audit of high-risk assets to ensure compliance certifications obtained and recorded
  • Obtain asset quotations from preferred supplier network as per fleet request
  • Raise and complete purchase orders correctly as per checklist and company procedures
  • Collate and deliver service due reports on time and accurate
  • Follow up with drivers every week for all assets overdue
