- Develop and implement comprehensive market and sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Manage and maintain territory management plans to optimize market coverage, sales actions, and product support.
- Cross-sell and up-sell Epiroc products and services to existing customers to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the aftermarket team to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or extensive relevant experience in the exploration business.
- Minimum ten years of experience in the exploration business, preferably in Australia or internationally.
- Direct sales and product management experience, preferably in Australia or internationally.
- Solid technical knowledge of Epiroc's product offerings.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Advanced verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work independently and lead change through a large organization consisting of both in-house and remote employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability and success.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
