  3. Referral Approvals: Approve referrals within authority levels, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and evaluated.
  4. Adviser Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisers, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Culture of Quality: Foster a culture of extracting high-quality information from advisers, clients, and third parties through tele-collection of information.
  6. Underwriting Practices: Develop and implement strategic underwriting practices, processes, and initiatives to reduce requirement requests, cancellations rates, and end-to-end cycle time targets.
  7. Reinsurer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with reinsurers to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and underwriting capabilities.
Requirements
  1. Extensive Underwriting Experience: Possess extensive life insurance underwriting experience, with a strong understanding of underwriting principles and practices.
  2. Standard Process Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of standard underwriting processes and procedures.
  3. Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, advisers, and stakeholders.
  4. Medical and Financial Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of medical and financial concepts, with the ability to apply this knowledge in underwriting assessments.
  5. Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients receive a high level of satisfaction and support.
