Building and Construction Instructor

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality learning experiences in Building and Construction.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging course content, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support student success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and construction, along with relevant training and assessment qualifications.
You should be passionate about education, capable of delivering results-driven learning experiences, and committed to maintaining industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver course modules to students in a structured and engaging manner.
- Evaluate student submissions, provide detailed feedback, and ensure compliance with training and assessment standards.
- Support and mentor students to help them achieve their learning objectives.
- Maintain accurate student records and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116).
- Relevant qualifications in Building and Construction (e.g., CPC50120/50220 - Diploma in Building and Construction).
- Industry experience in the building and construction sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in online and/or face-to-face training delivery is desirable.
