Grocery Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our discount grocery store, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team coordination through effective communication and leadership.
- People management, including training, delegating tasks, and supervising staff.
- Maintain high standards and drive business forward through sales and KPIs.
- Assist the management team to drive sales and meet company merchandising standards.
- Some heavy lifting required.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a large format retail store, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. You should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset, as well as the ability to lead a large team with a positive attitude.
Requirements:

- 12 months minimum experience in a management or supervisor role.
