Grocery Team Member

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Grocery Team Member to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our shelves are fully stocked, displays are visually appealing, and customers can easily find what they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate store equipment, including pallet jacks and cutting tools, to support store operations.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required to work safely in cold areas.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
