We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our retail store.
About the Role
- As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
- You will lead a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Staff Management: Lead and develop a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure customers receive a high-quality shopping experience, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and sale of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock losses.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and safe for customers and staff.
Requirements
- Previous retail management experience, preferably in a grocery store environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to manage and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators.
- Basic knowledge of retail systems and technology, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
