  • Maintain compliance with key performance indicators across the business, including recipe standards.
  • Effectively control labor costs, ingredient expenses, and shrinkage within budgetary parameters.
  • Collaborate in developing innovative food products and menus as needed for customer presentations.

To succeed in this challenging role, candidates should possess extensive experience in a similar capacity, hold trade qualifications as a Chef with at least 2 years' exposure in a high-volume culinary environment, demonstrate advanced knowledge of food safety protocols (HACCP / QSAI), and showcase prior experience working in a team environment with notable leadership skills.
