Strategic Leadership Role

The role of Associate Vice President is a key position within our organization, requiring strong leadership and strategic direction. This individual will provide oversight for regulatory compliance with relevant statutes governing corporate affairs in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for regulatory compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant statutes governing corporate affairs in India.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory developments and emerging trends, ensuring timely implementation of regulatory changes.
  • Contribute to policy formulation and review, focusing on company registration, corporate governance, and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure policies align with national priorities, international best practices, and stakeholder interests.
  • Oversight the registration, monitoring, and compliance of companies with statutory requirements.
  • Develop systems and processes to enhance compliance effectiveness and streamline regulatory procedures.
  • Promote adherence to corporate governance standards, including board meetings, statutory registers, and disclosure of information.
  • Provide guidance and support on corporate governance practices and compliance obligations.
  • Initiate investigations into non-compliance, fraud, or malpractice, taking enforcement actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure swift and effective enforcement of regulatory requirements.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the organization in meetings, conferences, and forums.
