Solutions Consultant for Industrial Print Solutions APJ

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join our Industrial Print Solutions Services team in APJ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of our Industrial Print Solutions Services business in the APJ region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and expansion in the APJ region.
- Lead the account kick-off process, identifying customer success criteria, updating customer success plans, and expanding opportunities.
- Analyze and deploy technology solutions to meet customer needs, leading technical assessments and delivery of specific technical solutions.
- Implement new installations, designs, and migrations for technology solutions in printing, networks, applications, or platforms.
- Provide advanced technical consulting and advice to others on proposal efforts, solution design, system management, tuning, and modification of solutions.
- Contribute to Customer Success strategies and provide input on customer needs and requirements.
- Collect and analyze data to determine customer needs and requirements.
- Respond to customer requests for technical information.
- Develop customer technology solutions using various industry products and technologies.
- Engage in technical problem-solving across multiple technologies, developing new methods to apply to situations.
- Drive successful renewal efforts by collaborating with sales and subject matter experts.
- Address customer escalations and related communications in a timely and proactive manner.
- Identify and lead initiatives to drive revenue growth within existing accounts, leveraging upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
- Manage activities and provide qualitative and quantitative information for successful sales, producing complete proposals for engagements within area of expertise.
- Ensure managed services and customer engagement consistently exceed all relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as a trusted advisor, sharing industry-specific subject matter expertise with customers.
- Conduct regular strategic business reviews with clients to evaluate their progress, demonstrate value, and identify areas for improvement.
- 7+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in a related area of study; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (11+ years in total).
