Job DetailsThe successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of capital investment and continuous improvement projects across various sites. Key responsibilities include scoping, planning and managing infrastructure and automation projects in line with capital investment and improvement strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination or equivalent roles, proven expertise in logistics and warehousing, including warehouse design, construction, or automation projects. Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and operational workflows is essential.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project teams across site operations, HR, corporate, and external contractors to ensure effective delivery.
- Work closely with customers and third-party logistics providers to align project outcomes with service expectations.
- Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with internal and industry standards.
- Drive a continuous improvement approach throughout the project lifecycle, identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
- Significant experience in Project Coordination or equivalent roles.
- Proven expertise in logistics and warehousing, including warehouse design, construction, or automation projects.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
