Starbucks Shift Supervisor Job Description

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to motivate and encourage the team, providing coaching and delegating daily tasks to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating high-quality service and creating meaningful connections with customers and colleagues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their performance and skills.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in a retail or fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
  • High energy levels and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly and direct the work of others.
