Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end talent acquisition services, designing creative job ads and sourcing strategies, coaching managers on best practice recruitment and talent management approaches, building strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers, and providing data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver end-to-end talent acquisition services aligned with best practice, legislation, and Public Service Commission guidelines.
  2. Design creative job ads and sourcing strategies to attract top talent and meet tight project deadlines.
  3. Coach managers on best practice recruitment and talent management approaches.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships, influencing hiring managers and decision-makers at all levels.
  5. Interpret recruitment and industry reports to provide data-driven insights that enhance decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a strong understanding of compliance and privacy requirements.
  • Experience coordinating recruitment projects in high-volume environments.
  • Strong attention to detail in both written and verbal communication, including crafting strategic campaigns and job ads.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
