This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with sales experience or a passion for working with people who are looking to transition into a career in recruitment. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide them with high-quality candidates.

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to clients, as well as building relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and attract top talent from across the job market
  • Screen and present candidates to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Grow your own client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through exceptional performance
