Deliver Strategic Impact with Our Deals Strategy Team

We're seeking experienced strategy consultants to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne.

  • Work with leading private equity firms across the full investment lifecycle.
  • Lead small, agile teams to deliver high-impact insights and solutions.

This is a hybrid role based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic outcomes for our clients.

  • Lead teams of 3–5 consultants on commercial due diligence and exit support.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Facilitate client meetings and present findings that influence major investment decisions.
Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.
  3. Analyse market trends and competitor activity.
  4. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
