The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
A lead data strategist will design and deliver models to measure brand impact, partner with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights, and run experiments to test and learn effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with marketing and product teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
- Designing and delivering models to measure brand impact (e.g. out-of-home, TV, social, digital) — including MMM, attribution, incrementality, and multivariate analysis
- Running experiments, defining statistical confidence, and guiding teams on how to test and learn effectively
- Translating complex analytics problems into structured approaches with measurable outcomes
- Acting as a bridge between the data team and business stakeholders — ensuring insights are accessible, trusted, and actionable
The ideal candidate will have experience in D2C, retail, FMCG, or eCommerce environments, a background in marketing/growth/brand analytics or marketing science, and strong skills in SQL, plus experience with R or Python, experimentation frameworks, and marketing metrics.
