About the Role

We seek an experienced leader to partner with stakeholders, define and measure business-critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and develop strategic dashboards and reporting tools to monitor end-to-end business performance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and track business objectives.
  • Design and implement data-driven insights platforms using best practices in data visualisation and user experience.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of self-serve insights tools across the business.
  • Create and execute strategies for automated, real-time actionable insights tailored to business needs.
  • Enable proactive decision-making by surfacing timely and relevant performance signals.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and data storytelling within the team.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading or working as part of a team focused on creating strategic insights that lead to business transformation & outcomes.
  • The ability to review processes, recommend improvement strategies and drive change.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in optimizing business processes.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience leveraging analytics tools, including SQL, PowerBI or Python is highly regarded.
