Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of approximately 150 customers and leading a team of Care Workers in the Tweed Heads area.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a seasoned Business Leader who excels in fostering a high-performing team culture and possesses expertise in the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new Care Workers, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
  • Leverage your leadership skills to engage and motivate your team, providing formal and informal coaching, monitoring performance, and promoting a safety culture.
  • Deliver exceptional client management by conducting initial assessments, annual reviews, and developing comprehensive care plans, while building strong connections with clients' families.
  • Manage and resolve client escalations and complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Drive customer acquisition and growth, enhancing our presence in the community.
  • Establish and maintain valuable relationships with external service providers and internal Clinical and Allied Health teams.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a strong focus on compliance within your portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in cultivating high-performing teams and coaching staff.
  • Exceptional multitasking and ability to take ownership of customer-focused solutions.
  • Prior experience in managing budgets and achieving KPIs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, make sound decisions, and possess technical savvy.
