About the Position
The Retail Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the sales floor. This role requires leading by example and modelling outstanding customer service by meeting and engaging with customers and donors. The successful candidate will welcome and train new team members into our business, supporting them to succeed and grow in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role, you will need a mix of the following:
Main Requirements:
- Availability for full-time hours across Monday to Sunday
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Impact driven – you want to make an impact on your team and your community
- Customer focused – passionate about providing an exceptional experience at every interaction
- Eager to learn – always looking to find a better way, adapt and improve
- Do the right thing – passionate about standing up for what's right and doing what you say you will
