We are seeking a Floor Manager, for our busy Clyde store. As a front-facing manager, you will lead our team with a strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
Reporting directly to the Store Manager; you are a natural leader who inspires and motivates others, fostering a positive and welcome environment for both customers and team members.
Key responsibilities:
- Priority will be providing a welcome and helpful environment for our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular customer service training sessions for all staff to uphold and exceed our service standards.
- Lead product knowledge meetings to ensure the team maintains consistency and clarity regarding school uniform requirements.
- Inspire and motivate staff, providing guidance and support, while addressing performance issues proactively.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and staff appearance to reflect our brand excellence.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in collaboration to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
The successful applicant will require:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating positive experiences.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Strong multitasking abilities, capable of overseeing a large team and multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in mentoring, training and developing staff.
- Flexibility with a rotating Monday – Saturday roster
- Hold or willing to obtain an Employee Working with Children Check
