Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Floor Support Associate to join our team. As a Sales Floor Support Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a clean and organized shopping environment that supports exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include receiving, organizing and merchandising product on the sales floor, maintaining standards in the stockroom and assisting with visual displays, cleaning and directing customers to sales associates as needed.

You will also be responsible for backroom organization, receiving product, tracking variances, stocking product according to company standards, processing testers, marking out of stock and labeling for sales floor use and damaging used or damaged product. Additionally, you will maintain backroom cleanliness and assist with sales floor cleanliness.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to execute accurate cycle counts and full physical inventories as assigned, ensure visually pleasing presentations of product and displays, and accurately ring sales on the POS.

As a Sales Floor Support Associate, you will provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries or guiding customers to sales associates, represent the brand professionally and positively, and attend trainings and complete educational tools as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
