This is your shot to own the showroom, influence outcomes, and close deals without the stress of staff management. You'll be the key player who drives floor energy, jumps into deals, and makes sure every customer experience hits the mark.

This role is ideal for a proven closer who knows how to work a floor, read the room, and win trust quickly.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Take charge of showroom traffic, greet customers, and help drive strong first impressions
- Support consultants on the floor, jump in, help close, and lead the rhythm of the day
- Drive urgency, sales energy, and customer-first engagement
- Manage showroom presentation, CRM accuracy, and stock awareness
- Liaise with leadership on showroom trends, hot leads, and floor performance
- Keep the momentum moving and the team focused

**What You Bring**:

- Proven sales performance in automotive retail
- Strong emotional intelligence; you read people fast and build trust
- Confidence in taking control of conversations and guiding outcomes
- High attention to detail, process ownership, and CRM experience
- Passion for performance and customer satisfaction
- Current Victorian driver's licence
