
Live Event Support Specialist

This role involves delivering exceptional technical support for our live events, ensuring seamless IT operations that connect thousands of fans to unforgettable experiences.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Windows administration and possess strong problem-solving skills. They should be proactive, able to manage pressure situations, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-site IT support at events
- Install and maintain points of sale equipment, ticketing infrastructure, and access control systems
- Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, and network devices
- Coordinate the installation, support, and maintenance of I.T. collateral
- Schedule and carry out preventive maintenance of internal and external client equipment and infrastructure
- Record changes made to network or device configuration
- Ensure timely resolution of IT support calls and fault resolution information is recorded in detail
- At least 3 years' experience in Windows administration or a similar hands-on experience in a technician and/or support specialist role
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to identify and manage pressure situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in live events, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Current Full Australian driver's license
- Windows 10/11 and server 2016 or greater experience
- Microsoft SQL 2017 or greater familiarity
- Cisco networking experience demonstrated by suitable Cisco qualification
- Broad network (LAN/WAN) and server experience
- Familiarity with patron access control solutions desirable
Due to the nature of this role, work is required outside of business hours and on weekends. The role also requires spending extended periods on your feet at events and occasional travel for installations, support, and site visits.
