The open kitchen concept is a chef's dream, with a separate pastry kitchen designed to create elegant, mature pastries reminiscent of European techniques infused with a hint of nostalgic Australian flavour.

The Role

As a member of our experienced team, you will assist in mise en place and service for the pastry team, driving your passion and dedication to pastry forward.

Key Requirements

  • You will have an eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a senior pastry chef is ideal.
  • You will possess strong knowledge of pastry techniques and be able to support the head pastry chef in the day-to-day running of the section.
  • Excellent presentation, organisation, and time management skills are essential.
