">The Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pastry Artisan to join our motivated and professional team. As part of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to create special and memorable dining moments for our guests.
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- 2-3 years of experience working in a bakery or restaurant producing handmade bread and pastries from scratch.">
- A good knowledge of baking and pastry techniques that can be executed to a high and consistent standard.">
- Well-presented, calm under pressure, organized, and able to follow direction.">
- A passion for creating fresh artisan breads for a bespoke dining experience.">
